We want every Mirelline piece to meet your expectations.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted from all countries.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days for EU customers, in line with consumer law).

    • “Initiated” means your parcel must be shipped back within this period and a valid tracking number must be provided to us by email.

    • Returns without a tracking number submitted within the required timeframe cannot be accepted.

  • No returns are accepted for lingerie, swimwear, earrings, beauty/personal care items, or gift cards.

  • Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at returns@mirelline.com within the return period, including your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, our Care Team will provide detailed instructions and the appropriate return address based on your region.

  • Packages sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your return shipment incurs import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, these charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to help minimize customs charges (though exemption cannot be guaranteed).

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mirelline is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Handling & Restocking Fee:
For returns or cancellations not due to a product fault, a handling and restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund to cover sourcing, preparation, and administrative costs related to made-to-order production.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges / Store Credit

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

  • Store credit may be issued upon request instead of a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at returns@mirelline.com.
Include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing returns@mirelline.com.

  • After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If you wish to withdraw your order after production, you may initiate a return following this policy.

  • For cancellations or returns not related to a product defect, a 20% handling and restocking fee may apply.

Additional Notes

  • All duties, customs, and taxes on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If such charges are billed to Mirelline, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Mirelline reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Legal Notes & EU Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies by law.
You may return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition.
